OUR HALL opened in May 2011 and offers character accomodation with modern facilities. Thanks to Gigaclear we are now able to offer Ultrafast Fibre Broadband to our hall users.  In normal circumstances we host a  variety of activities including yoga and  Pilates. We provide a venue for meetings of the Parish Council, the WI and other local organizations. Throughout the year the Village Hall Management Committee usually organises a range of activities and events including Quiz Nights and our popular Saturday Markets.

At present the village hall is closed but, following the easing of restrictions, we are preparing to reopen to our regular user groups. We are continuing to take advice from both the national village hall network organisation, ACRE, and the Gloucestershire Rural Communities Council to ensure that we are following appropriate guidelines, whilst aiming to ensure the safety of hall users and volunteers as far as possible.

ortunately the hall was in a secure financial position before we had to close and we are grateful to have received an additional government grant which is helping to cover the current loss of earnings and the additional expenditure which will be incurred to make the building Covid-secure.
At present we are are not able to take bookings or plan other activities; the amount we will be able to offer is limited by the fact that a number of our volunteer trustees are in the older age group. We may not be able to do more unless other members of the community come forward to offer their practical help and support. We know how important the hall is as a meeting place for the community and we look forward to seeing you again in the not too distant future.
